This Vox Hunt is old but I've just found my answer to this question.
That's right. The Devil Wears Prada. I never thought I would like it and I only bought the DVD because I didn't know what else to get. Then I put it on and...I actually liked it. I watched it on Monday and again on Tuesday and I went out yesterday so I didn't watch it. I'm about to watch it again right now. It's a fun little movie. Plus, Adrian Grenier - yum yum.

I read the book first too. I watched this when I used to watch movies at my former night job to pass time. For me, when I've already read the book, I feel like I've already seen the movie when I go to watch it, which doesn't make it fun since I know everything that's going to happen. Funny though, Harry Potter movies don't bug me like that though.
I was going to say Grease 2, because everyone loves the original so much more. Well, except me. But then I thought hey, I'm not going to deny liking that movie! I've loved that movie since I was about 6 years old! haha
